Triple Deck Roll Forming Machine

Profiilikeskus Triple Deck Roll Former makes is possible to have Three roll forming machines in the space of one. Triple deck rollformer allows to get absolutely everything out of your factory premises. This state-of-the-art piece of production equipment represents utmost performance in sheet metal production.

All the machine functions are controlled through an easy to use screen interface. Rubber coated draw-in rollers drive the sheet automatically into the roll forming section. Sheet is fed to the roll former always on bottom level, conveniently at normal working height. The sheet entry table is hydraulically ascending and descending.

• Roll forming sections for Three different profiles, post-cutters for the end products, pre-cutter for the flat sheet, multiple solutions for automatic sheet stacking.
• All Roll forming sections are driven by their own electric motors. Consequently, stress for the drives and axles is minimized, which results in maximized machine reliability.
• The stacker level is automatically controlled by the machine software. During sheet production, the stacker height is automatically lowered step by step along with the increasing number of completed sheets. As a result, not even the first profile sheets of a stack are ever likely to fall down from too a high position, ensuring 100-percent damage-free end products.
• For unloading, the inner part of the dual-frame stacker rises above all the other structures, which enables the safe removal of the completed stack, for example, by a forklift. Various solutions are available for stacking. Including belt conveyors taking the stack forwards.

The Triple deck roll forming machine can be steered from the control unit either in manual or automatic drive. Steering and end programming are made extremely easy to use. The machine is controlled from a touchscreen and with switches in the control desk.
