Trim Roll Formers for customized trims and flashings
When the production volume of flashings is large, it is more productive and profitable to produce trims and flashings by roll forming than by folding machines.
Our trim rollformers, such as Gable, Eaves, Straight cap, Valley and Fencing trim rollformers, are carefully designed for the production of custom-made flashings.
Depending on the profile, the post-cutter can either be electric or hydraulic. When the profile needs to be punched, vented or grooved, we equip the machine with the latest punching technology and suitable dies. The Trim roll former can also be designed to produce trims from blanks instead of continuous strip.
Our narrow strip decoilers completes the fully-automated process. Strip Decoilers are available for 300 mm, 400 mm and 650 mm wide strips and 0.7t, 1.5t, 2t, 3t and 5t coils.

Cassette Trim Rollformer for Industrial Trim Production
Roll former with Cassette type rafted structure, enables to manufacture selection of profiles on one base frame. New profile can be easily added later on and when volumes increases and more capacity is needed, it is possible to double the production by investing on a new base frame only.
Excellent designed high precision frame structure makes it easy and fast to change the cassettes. Compact integration of machine’s components: hydraulic unit, electrical cabinet and control panel, saves the needed factory space. Optimized energy consumption improves the cost-effectiveness and takes care about the environment.
