Profiilikeskus single deck Trapezoidal, Ribbed and Corrugated Profile roll formers provide dependable production solutions for both low and high volume sheet metal manufacturing. Every structural and mechanical component — from the frame to the cutters and drives — is designed with fully tested, proven solutions for long-term reliability.

The machines are fully automated and can be operated easily by a single operator. Our advanced control software with an intuitive touchscreen interface ensures fast setup and easy adjustment between production runs.

  • Frame is a welded construction and made of heavy duty steel
  • Chain driven with electrical motors, double-rowed chains.
  • Precision-machined forming rolls, nitrocarburized for long service life
  • Forming rolls fixed on shafts with keyways; spacers partly fixed, partly free-rotating with bearings
  • Rigid roll pack secured with axle nuts at both ends
  • Adjustable forming stations for flexible production

Advanced software and an easy-to-use screen interface allow for fast setting of Profiilikeskus Rollformers. By our Pro-C software, customer orders can be electronically transferred from office computer directly into the Roll Former’s interface. Several Roll formers can be connected into the Pro-C system.

  • For cutting the flat sheet automatically when changing the coil.
  • Control unit calculates the correct cutting point for the last programmed sheet, stops the roll former and cuts the flat sheet at the entry table before the first stations.
