With our cassette rollforming system, you can expand your product range quickly and cost-effectively. Each new profile only requires a new set of cassettes — all motors, electrics, and automation are utilized on the same base frame.

Fast profile changeover
Changing cassettes has never been this easy and fast. Cassettes can be changed easily using an overhead crane. They align precisely with the base frame’s guide pins and automatically connects to the chain drive. Setting up for the production is quick and simple.

Smart integrated design
Each profile has its own cutter build into the cassette.  There’s no need to remove and replace post cutter shears or slitters — they come ready-installed with the cassette. Only one encoder cable and one air hose needs to be plugged when changing from profile to another.

Efficient stacking and packaging
The sled type automatic stacker is ideal for cassette machines — universal, fast, and affordable. Its open-top design makes it easy to lift bundles with a forklift or overhead crane. When equipped with a drive unit, the roller conveyor can transport bundles directly to storage or through a wrapping machine for ready-to-ship packaging.

Optimized energy consumption improves the cost-effectiveness and takes care about the environment. The total power requirement for the complete line is 3x400V / 13.5kW / 32A. Outside Europe, the line is adapted to the local power grid using a transformer, it is a part of a complete line delivery.

Our sturdy decoiler, heavy-duty cassette rollformer and efficient automized stacker make the sheet production fluent and flawless. One operator can do it all with the help of our user friendly control system.
