Roofing and Cladding Profile Roll Formers
We design and manufacture Roofing Roll Formers and Cladding Profile Rollformers, including Customized Roll Formers, Trapezoidal Ribbed Roll Formers, Double and Triple deck Roll Formers, Tile Sheet rollformers and Slate Profile Roll Formers for small to large-scale production volumes. The main differences are in the machine construction and output.
Light-weight Roll Former
Our economic single deck roll former has a solid plate frame with bearings and shafts attached directly to the frame. This machine structure enables you to roll form raw materials to thicknesses of between 0.45 – 0.6 mm. Production speed varies from 15 to 20 metres per minute.
A user friendly control panel is provided with an LCD-monitor and the necessary electrical components for manual and automatic line operation. This unit controls the operation of the roll forming machine and the cutter. Up to 8 different lengths and 999 pieces per length can be programmed into one production lot.
Our Light-weight Roll Former can also be equipped with a pre-cutter. Pre-cutter cuts the strip at the correct distance when changing the coil so that the last outcoming piece is the final piece to the order and at correct length.
Heavy-duty roll forming machines
In our heavy-duty machinery the shafts are attached to adjustable stations, enabling you to roll form raw material up to a thickness of 0.9 mm. An efficient production speed of 40 metres per minute guarantees maximum output. When the roll former is equipped with a pre-cutter there is no waste left over when changing the coil.
An advanced Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control unit is provided with an LCDmonitor and the necessary electrical components for manual and automatic line operation. This unit controls the operation of the roll forming machine, cutter and stacker. Up to 20 combinations of different lengths and pieces can be programmed to the order.
All our machines meet European CE safety requirements. The parts used in our control units are universal and easily available worldwide.
