The downspout and elbow roll former offers high efficiency and extraordinary ease of use through sophisticated automation. Changing the elbow angle and downspout length parameters are accomplished without difficulty through a user-friendly interface. New programs are easily installed to add to the versatility of this fine machine. Long downspouts or short downspouts are effortlessly manufactured to your desired requirements. In addition to all the standard features Profiilikeskus is known for, a synchronized crimping tool is mounted on the machine to provide that finished touch.

Automatic Packing Line integrated into Downspout production
At Profiilikeskus we designed, manufactured and delivered a downspout rollformer with integrated packing and palleting line. Downspouts are lifted in a pack of two pipes on transport conveyor that takes the pipes through a plastic packing machine and a shrink tunnel making it a tight packet. The packet forwards into a manipulator which lifts the two-packed Downspouts into a transport pallet. This is highly efficient and needs minimum labor to operate the full line. Watch a video here.
New programs are easily added to the machine, creating product such as a downspout with an “S” curve in one single piece.
All components are thoroughly tested for reliability, utilizing high European standards.
Changing the elbow angle and pipe length requires no manual settings – the machine is controlled through an easyto- use user interface.
