Automatic Stacker enables precise, clean stacking for cut-to-length sheets from 500–6000 mm. A pneumatic, sensor-driven gripper on linear guides handles sheets efficiently, while a hydraulically lowering table transfers them from the shear. The unit has its own electrics and pneumatics, is operated via control panel of the Cut-to-length machine, and keeps stacks straight with adjustable side and front supports. Compatible with our 1.5×1250 mm and 2.0×1500 mm CTL machines, with table length customized to need.

Sheet carrier runs on linear guides, grips the sheet from above.

AUTOMATIC STACKER FOR CUT-TO-LENGTH SHEETS

Our automatic stacker is designed to receive, align, and stack sheets coming from a cut-to-length line. The system improves productivity by reducing manual handling while ensuring consistent stacking quality for a wide range of sheet lengths and materials.

It integrates seamlessly with our cut-to-length machines and can be customized to match specific production requirements.

  • Sheet length 500 to 6000 mm.
  • The gripper moves on linear guides. The linear guides can be configured for gripping from above or from below the sheet.
  • The gripper is pneumatically operated and controlled by sensors.
  • The table is moved out from the cut-to-length shear by lowering it hydraulically.
  • The stacker has its own electrical cabinet and pneumatic system. It is controlled via the cut-to-length unit’s control panel.
  • To produce neat stacks, one side support is cam-driven and movable. The front and rear of the stack are supported by mechanical stoppers. All supports are manually adjustable.
  • The table can be connected to our 1.5 × 1250 mm and 2.0 × 1500 mm cut-to-length machines. The table length is customized according to requirements.
