Stackers

An automatic stacker completes the whole production process. The traditional Bomb stacker with a motorized rollerline is best suited to Tile sheet and Light-trapez roll forming machinery. As the sheet exits the roll former it slides along the stacker wings. And when the sheet is cut it drops freely onto the rollerline. The sheets are always even at one end thanks to a pneumatically operated pusher.

The motorized rollerline is equipped with the wheels and placed on the rails so it can be driven sideways from under the stacker wings. The finished bundle is then easy to remove from the rollerline by forklift or crane. You can also choose from several rollerline options, which we are pleased to discuss with you.

The optimum stacker for our Single deck Heavy-duty roll forming machinery is the Stacker with sheet carriage. The sheet carriage moves at the same speed with the outcoming sheet and as the sheet is cut to length, the sheet carriage evades allowing the sheet to drop onto the roller line. Sheet Carriage returns then to receive the next sheet automatically. The rollerline also features pneumatically operated support rolls for every four metres. Once the sheet has passed the stationary support rolls, they turn to support the sheet from underneath keeping the sheet straight. After the sheet is cut the support rolls turn back to home position allowing sheet to drop. When the stack is completed, the sheet carriage is driven manually to the very end of the rollerl ine. The sheet bundle is then easy to remove from the rollerline as it is fully accessible from above.

For our Double and Triple deck rollforming machines we manufacture hydraulically lifting stackers. We have them available with receiving roll, brush or sheet carriage types, with roller lines or conveyors, all depending on client requirements.

We also supply various tailored stacking systems. For example a stacker with belt conveyor followed by a wrapping machine and conveyor to take the wrapped stack to storage.
