Profiilikeskus decoilers are engineered for continuous industrial production and precise synchronization with rollforming and cut-to-length lines.
Each unit is designed and manufactured to meet the demands of high-speed sheet-metal processing.

Available with electric or hydraulic wheeling and hydraulic expansion, our decoilers feature a robust welded frame, low-maintenance design, and smooth coil control.

All of our Decoilers have forward and reverse functions. When operating automatically the decoiling speed is self-regulating by means of dancing arm or ultra sonic sensor and it follows the speed of the rollforming line. Our Decoilers can also be equipped with wheels and placed on rails to serve several machines.

Coil Car

• The Coil Car option reduces coil-change time by automating loading and unloading.

• Optional rotative coil platform
