Wrapping Machine

Profiilikeskus’ Wrapping machine is designed and manufactured for easy wrapping of heavy sheet bundles with plastic film. Simply lift the sheet bundle onto the conveyor and switch the line on.

The 6 metre long entry conveyor drives the bundle through the wrapping unit and the 8 metre long exit conveyor receives it after wrapping. The whole process is automated.

The number of plastic film layers per metre is controlled by adjusting the speed of the wrapping unit. The speed of the conveyors is always set. Speed up the wrapping machine and there will be thicker layer of plastic or slow it down and you’ll have sheet bundle with thin plastic wrapping.
